This page explains the usage rights, copyright status, and restrictions on data mining for artificial intelligence (AI) purposes regarding the works on my site.

1. Copyright and Quotation

All works on my site (poems, texts, diaries, articles, and photographs) belong to me, and all rights are reserved. By default, you may only quote my works provided that you include an active link to the source (my site) and mention my name (author attribution); unauthorized full copying is not permitted. Where a piece displays a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND) license notice, that license governs it instead: its text and photographs may be shared and redistributed in full and unmodified, for non-commercial purposes, provided attribution is given and a link to the license is included.

2. Photographs and Images

The photographs and other visual content on my site are covered by the same copyright terms as my written works (see Section 1) — protected by copyright and belonging to me, unless stated otherwise. The absence of a visible watermark or copyright notice on an image does not waive these rights. Outside of a piece's CC BY-NC-ND license (where noted), images may not be downloaded, reproduced, redistributed, or reused elsewhere without my prior written permission. This license, where noted, covers only the content and image resolutions actually published on my site — it does not extend to source files, unpublished drafts, or higher-resolution originals, which I do not provide.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Mining

I do not consent to any of my content (including photographs and other visual content) being used for training artificial intelligence (AI) models, large language models (LLMs), or machine learning systems (Text and Data Mining - TDM). The works I have written may not be collected via automated bots and crawlers and included in AI training datasets in any way.

4. Search Engines and AI Assistants

I permit AI-based search assistants to show references from my works (via RAG, etc.) when answering users, provided they provide a source link and author attribution.

5. Commercial Use

The works on my site may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold for commercial purposes without permission.
